We boast a comprehensive motor model database, which can meet 90% of customer demands. Our engineering team leverages Motor-CAD for all types of motor design and Maxwell for motor performance simulation analysis. The design process includes:

Collect the customer's requirement list and set up customer files;

Retrieve the micro-motor database for quick matching; redesign if no matches found.

Run electromagnetic simulation per customer's parameter list; ensure all motor performances meet requirements.

Design 3D/2D drawings for all components; complete performance simulation and matching tests for each.

Create BOM for components; procure materials.

*Redesign for custom requirements takes slightly longer; details available from customer service.

After material procurement is completed

Make samples in accordance with motor design specifications; document all process and material details in the *Prototype Data Sheet* and attach the *Sample Inspection Record* with the samples.

After a series of finished motor tests have all met the customer's requirements:

Our Commitments：

We will send the samples to the customer, follow up on whether the sample trial meets the requirements, and feed back the trial results to the Engineering Department.

We will then determine whether further refinement or modification of the product is required based on the feedback results to ensure the successful finalization of the customer's sample.

After final confirmation, the Purchasing Dept procures materials per the project timeline as scheduled. The Production Dept formulates the customer’s mass production plan, the Equipment Dept ensures stable equipment operation, and the Sales Dept acts as the central coordinator for continuous follow-up, timely customer feedback and production schedule tracking.
